Job summary

FHI 360 seeks a Principal-level ERP expert to own Deltek Costpoint administration, optimization, and ongoing support. The role blends technical configuration, system security, and hands-on troubleshooting across core modules.

You will coordinate with IT and vendors for upgrades, patches, migrations, and go-lives, while ensuring regulatory compliance and robust reporting. Strong SQL, extensibility design, and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
10+ years of progressive IT/ERP systems support experience, including 8+ years administering Deltek Costpoint.
Deltek certifications preferred.
Experience leading or supporting ERP implementations, go-lives, and stabilization phases.
Strong SQL knowledge for querying and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

Administer Deltek Costpoint, manage security, user accounts, and roles.
Support Costpoint modules (Accounting, Projects, Materials) and integrations.
Lead go-lives, upgrades, patches, and data migrations with IT and vendors.
Configure Costpoint components to meet business requirements; develop tests and run regression checks.
Monitor batch/processes for month-end close and ensure audit/compliance controls.
