Planned Systems International (PSI) is seeking a Billing Specialist to support the Corporate Financial Management team. This role will manage invoicing, contract compliance, and funding restrictions for government projects, leveraging Deltek Costpoint to ensure accurate and timely billing.

Ideal candidates will have a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 2+ years of government contractor experience. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are essential for success in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proficiency in government contractor billing concepts and FAR/DFARS familiarity.
• Experience with Deltek Costpoint strongly preferred.
• Billing and account reconciliation experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and process customer invoices in Deltek Costpoint.
• Ensure invoices comply with contract requirements and funding limits.
• Review project setup and billing terms for accurate invoicing.
• Reconcile billing activity to general ledger and project accounting records.
• Assist month-end close related to billing.
