Job summary

Enginuity Global LLC is seeking a Senior DeltaV Programmer/Automation Specialist in Beaumont, TX. This senior role requires 8+ years of DeltaV DCS experience and will lead technical execution, mentoring staff, and supporting projects across client teams.

You will design and implement DeltaV solutions, lead configuration efforts, develop live graphics, and provide advanced troubleshooting. Strong leadership and travel willingness are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years hands-on Emerson DeltaV DCS experience including batch and continuous control.
• Proficient with DeltaV Configuration Studio, Control Studio and Live Graphics.
• Familiar with DeltaV SIS, AMS Device Manager and virtualization is preferred.
• Deep understanding of process control concepts and instrumentation.
• Experience delivering projects; able to lead technical discussions with clients and teams.
• Willing to travel; possess Real ID or US Passport; valid driver's license; pass background/drug screening; site access compliance.
• Sponsorship not available; US work eligibility required.

Responsibilities

• Lead programming, configuration, and optimization of Emerson DeltaV DCS systems
• Develop and modify live graphics, control modules, and batch strategies
• Perform FAT, SAT, and on-site commissioning/startup
• Mentор and support junior DeltaV team members; review their work
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and resolution of complex DCS issues
• Interface with clients, project managers, and engineering teams to align goals
• Coordinate software upgrades, backups, and lifecycle management
• Document and maintain system configurations, changes, and revisions
