Job summary

Robert E. Mason & Associates, Inc. is seeking an Automation Engineer to lead design, development, and implementation of automation systems on capital projects. You will work on DeltaV interfaces, AMS, and Emerson solutions, collaborating with project management to meet schedule and budget while delivering high-quality outcomes.

You will mentor other engineers, provide proposal support, and contribute to operations and project management functions on customer sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience with DeltaV or PLCs.
• Experience with MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to project execution on automation systems.
• Design and implement DeltaV control strategies for batch and continuous processes.
• Configure hardware/software modules and historiography interfaces.
• Support FAT/SAT, start-up, and commissioning at customer sites.
• Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with project management.
