Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED with 10 years engineering experience.
- Associates Degree with 8 years engineering experience.
- Bachelor's Degree with 4 years engineering experience.
- Master's Degree with 2 years engineering experience.
- Doctorate Degree.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical projects and drive automation engineering improvements across upstream, downstream, and solution prep.
- Partner with capital project team to design, build, commission, and qualify new equipment and systems for drug substance production.
- Develop domain expertise to support operations at start-up and scale.
- Mentor and develop site automation staff to accelerate capabilities.
