Job summary

F2OnSite is seeking a Dell Field Technician to service Dell OEM PC, laptop and server warranty repairs on-site for multiple customers. Certifications are completed online with no cost, enabling assignment to work orders after training.

Typical hours are 8am-6pm, Monday-Friday, with occasional out-of-hours work. Technicians must supply their own tools and a vehicle with valid insurance, and may undergo a background check per customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Must complete Dell certifications online at no cost prior to work orders.
• Own tools, own car, and valid insurance required.
• Background check may be required by customers; comply with state laws.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site warranty repairs for Dell OEM PCs, laptops and servers.
• Complete work orders same day or next business day depending on the assignment.
• Follow up with customers within designated timeframes after service.
