BC Tech Pro seeks a Computer Field Technician in Chicago, IL to perform hardware repairs and installations on Dell and Lenovo laptops and desktops. You will be onboarding with Dell and Lenovo certifications provided at no cost, enabling quick onboarding and credentialing.

The role is primarily field-based, requiring reliable transportation and strict adherence to ticket logging, status updates, and scheduling windows for on-site visits.

Qualifications

• Experience with laptop and desktop hardware.
• Dell and Lenovo certifications provided for onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Perform hardware repairs and installations on Dell/Lenovo laptops and desktops.
• Complete warranty service parts replacement.
• Log tickets and update status in the portal; log in by 9 am to accept and map calls.
• Coordinate with customers to arrange onsite service windows.
