Job summary

Dell Technologies Services invites an on-site Undergraduate General Business Intern to support our Round Rock, TX or Hopkinton, MA teams. You will help define improvements, manage complex projects, and deliver actionable recommendations aligned with corporate strategy.

The ideal candidate is pursuing a BS/BA in Business or related fields, shows strong problem solving, and can collaborate with global teams. Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and BI concepts is expected to contribute to

Qualifications

• Working towards a BS/BA degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Information Sciences, Analytics or related disciplines or equivalent work experience
• Solid problem solving and troubleshooting skills
• Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
• Knowledge of business intelligence, analytics and reporting skills
• Comfortable working with global teams spread across multiple global regions

Responsibilities

• Define supporting and/or driving process improvements
• Manage complex projects, in a fast paced, dynamic and global environment, within given constraints of scope, schedule, budget, and quality
• Develop innovative output & actionable recommendations based on analysis that improve business performance and contribute to corporate goals and strategy
• Lead cross-functional teams through the execution of project work streams including milestone tracking and risk/issue management
• Conduct periodic reviews to ensure project is on track and conduct post-project reviews with Services Executives
• Analyze and aggregate company-specific research, reviewing market trending, sales modeling, financial information, macroeconomic trends, and competitor analysis, etc
• Utilize relevant project management tools, systems, and applications

You will:

Compensation

Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range for this position is $18.90– $21.70 depending on location.
