Job summary

Dell Technologies in Hopkinton, MA is offering a Presales Solutions Architect Intern role on our Systems Engineering Team. This summer internship targets rising seniors and provides exposure to the Presales Academy and architecture of customer IT environments.

You will expand your knowledge of datacenter solutions, gather customer requirements, and learn to architect solutions that align with business outcomes, while exploring DevOps and AI trends in a real-world setting.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an Undergraduate Degree in a technical or business-related field.
• Innovative thinker and a self-starter with a desire-to-win type mindset.
• Graduating with a Bachelor's in December 2027 or May 2028 and able to join the internship program on 6/1/2027.
• Internship experience in a technology-related field or at a technology company.
• Involvement in activities/roles outside of class (clubs, sports, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Expand your knowledge of Dell Technologies’ datacenter solutions.
• Develop professional consultative skills used to gather customer requirements and IT environment specifics.
• Learn to architect solutions that meet customers’ overall business outcomes and goals.
• Drive the latest trends such as DevOps, software-defined, and artificial intelligence in IT infrastructure.
• Internship starts June 1, 2027, and ends July 30, 2027.

What you'll achieve

The Internship Program is a summer opportunity for rising Senior college and university students to gain exposure to the Dell Technologies Presales Academy and to the Presales Solutions Architect role. Many of our internship candidates experience this program, go back to school to finish their degrees, and then return to the full-time Dell Technologies Presales Academy program upon graduation.

You will:

• Expand your knowledge of Dell Technologies’ datacenter solutions

• Learn to architect solutions that meet customers’ overall business outcomes and goals
• Drive the latest trends such as DevOps, software-defined, and artificial intelligence which are changing how customers deploy and operate their IT infrastructure

Compensation

Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range for this position is $27.70-30.75 per hour depending on location.
