Job summary

Dell Technologies Services is seeking an undergraduate analytics intern to join the Services team in Round Rock, TX or Hopkinton, MA. You will tackle analytics projects, build KPIs and dashboards, and provide insights to improve operations and dispatch efficiency.

You will analyze data, identify trends, and clearly communicate findings to business leaders. Proactive collaboration with internal and external data sources will be essential, as you independently drive tasks to completion.

Qualifications

Currently enrolled UG in an accredited Bachelor's program in Data Science, Statistics, or Business Analytics.
Experience in Excel, SQL and Power BI.
Excellent communication skills and ability to deal with ambiguity.

Responsibilities

Create analyses that uncover hidden opportunities to improve in areas such as operations, sales growth and dispatch effectiveness.
Identify trends and patterns in datasets to predict outcomes.
Effectively communicate findings, insights and recommendations with business leaders.
Collaborate with internal and external sources to gather & examine data from disparate sources with the goal of discovering insights.

What you’ll achieve

Thebusiness analytics intern will beworking on a problem which would require detailed analytics to be resolved. The intern will be responsible for carrying outanalytics andprovide insights on how to resolve the problem. The project may also involve building KPIs and dashboards.

You will:

Compensation

Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range for this position is $20.70 hourly – $30.75 hourly depending on location and grad level.
