The Brazos Valley Food Bank (BVFB) is seeking a Full-Time Warehouse Driver/Worker (40 hours/week) in Bryan, TX. The role runs Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm with rotating Saturday shifts and reports to the Distribution Manager.

Responsibilities include driver tasks, warehouse receiving, order pulling, and retail pick-ups to support food distribution across Brazos Valley. Candidates should be able to operate pallet jacks and forklifts, pass background checks, maintain a clean driving record, and

Formación

• Criminal background check required.
• Clean driving record (no DUI/DWI).
• Ability to operate pallet jacks and forklift.
• Willingness to obtain required certifications (Food Handler’s, Civil Rights, etc.).
• Good communication with vendors and community partners.
• Able to perform basic computer tasks (email, internet).

Responsabilidades

• Perform pre-trip inspections and VIR paperwork.
• Create invoices and obtain necessary signatures for deliveries.
• Deliver products on designated routes and load/unload vehicles.
• Visit partner Retail establishments for pickups and maintain relationships with store staff.
• Record temperatures, weigh and log retail products, and store foods properly.
• Receive donations and unload shipments; assist with inventory and pallet storage.
• Help with monthly/quarterly/yearly cycle counts and fleet maintenance.
• Follow agency policies, attend safety trainings, and perform other duties as assigned.
