Job summary

Brazos Valley Food Bank, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Warehouse Driver/Worker to join our team in Bryan, TX. The role includes driving deliveries, loading/unloading, and performing warehouse duties to support hunger-relief efforts across the Brazos Valley.

Hours are 8:00am–4:00pm, Monday–Friday with rotating Saturday shifts; reports to the Distribution Manager. Candidates must pass background and driving checks and be willing to obtain required certifications as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
• Clean driving record (no DUI/DWI).
• Ability to operate manual and electric pallet jacks.
• Ability to operate forklift and/or willingness to train/certify.
• May be required to perform drug screening as condition of hire.
• Ability to perform basic computer functions (email, Internet usage).
• If not certified, willingness to obtain Food Handler’s, Civil Rights and other certifications.

Responsibilities

• Assist with loading trucks before deliveries and unloading as needed.
• Follow designated delivery routes and deliver to partner agencies in the Brazos Valley.
• Complete delivery and warehouse paperwork accurately and timely.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness in the warehouse and on the dock.
• Support shuttling and routine maintenance tasks as needed.
