Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable Millwork Delivery Technician for a direct hire, full-time opportunity in Dallas, TX. The Millwork Delivery Technician will assist with transporting, handling, and placing custom millwork products such as cabinets, doors, trim, countertops, and finished wood materials. Key Responsibilities

• Load, unload, transport, and deliver custom millwork products to commercial construction sites and customer locations.
• Assist with carrying, placing, and installing cabinets, doors, trim, countertops, and other finished wood products while preventing damage.
• Secure loads properly before transport and follow safe handling, lifting, and delivery procedures.
• Inspect products before loading and report any damage, shortages, or discrepancies.
• Communicate professionally with customers, contractors, warehouse staff, and team members.
• Support warehouse duties, maintain an organized work area, and assist with daily operations when deliveries are complete.

Compensation and Benefits

• Pay: $16.00 to $20.00 per hour, based on experience.
• Job Type: Direct hire, full-time.
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM.
• Overtime and occasional weekends as needed.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Assist with daily delivery routes for custom millwork products.
• Load, unload, carry, and place finished wood products safely and accurately.
• Support installation and material handling at customer sites and commercial construction locations.
• Maintain safe, organized warehouse and delivery operations.

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience preferred in delivery, warehouse, construction, millwork, cabinet installation, or a related hands‑on field.
• Ability to frequently lift, carry, and move up to 100 pounds with assistance.
• Comfortable performing physically demanding work throughout the day.
• Must be able to bend, kneel, climb, walk, load, unload, and work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Reliable transportation and an excellent attendance record.
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and ability to work well as part of a team.
• Professional communication skills when interacting with customers, contractors, and coworkers.
• Ability to follow company safety procedures and safe lifting practices.
• No CDL required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience delivering or handling cabinets, doors, trim, countertops, or other custom millwork products.
• Experience working around commercial construction sites.
• Warehouse, material handling, cabinet installation, or manufacturing delivery experience.
• Familiarity with protecting finished products from damage during loading, transport, and placement.
