• Ability to supervise delivery routes and schedules to ensure efficiency.
• Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Must be able to lift at least 25 pounds unassisted.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the delivery department to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Ensures all stops are made and routes delivered to customers.
• Conducts rotation audits on drivers and covers/trains routes.
• Manages vacation schedules to ensure adequate manpower.
• Participates in weekly department meetings and supports the Hot Shot Program.
