Job summary

McLane Delivery Assistant is a physical, fast-paced role providing direct support to a McLane Delivery Driver. You will unload trailers, place items in designated storage areas, and assist in ensuring on-time deliveries.

You must be at least 18 and capable of lifting up to 75 pounds, with the ability to read, write, and understand English sufficiently to perform tasks safely. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, FSA/HSA, life insurance, vacation, sick leave, holidays after 90

Responsibilities

• Unload trailer using a hand truck or 2-wheeled dolly.
• Place all delivery items in customer-designated food-safe storage areas.
• Assist the Driver's efforts to ensure accurate and on-time deliveries.
• Work safely to prevent injury to people and damage to products.
• Other duties as assigned.
