Job summary

McLane in the United States is seeking a Delivery Assistant who supports drivers, helps unload trailers, and ensures items are placed in safe, customer-designated areas. This is a fast-paced, physically demanding role that requires reliability and good customer service.

You won't drive the truck, but you'll be the face of McLane to customers. The job offers pay at $24 per hour, benefits starting after 60 days, and opportunities to grow within a nationwide logistics network.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift and move product and pallets up to 75 pounds.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English to perform tasks safely.

Responsibilities

• Unload trailer using a hand truck or dolly.
• Place items in customer-designated storage areas, food-safe where required.
• Assist Driver to ensure accurate and on-time deliveries.
• Work safely to prevent injuries and product damage.
• Other duties as assigned.
