Job summary

Premier-Midwest Beer & Beverage in Omaha, NE is seeking a Delivery Supervisor to lead a team of CDL drivers and oversee daily delivery operations. You will coordinate routes, monitor performance, and ensure timely, safe deliveries.

The role requires a CDL or plan to obtain it within 6 months, at least 3 years in delivery driving and 1+ year supervisory experience, with flexibility for evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• 3+ years in delivery driver position.
• 1+ years’ supervisor experience.
• Must possess a CDL or agreement to obtain a CDL within 6 months of hire.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Coaches, directs, counsels drivers on performance; defines expectations and monitors progress.
• Work with Drivers on a plan, minimum one full day per week in the field, training and assisting.
• Publish three predetermined Roadnet reports daily to Branch Management, including the daily cases report.
• Support Transportation Manager with key duties and resolve discrepancies related to delivery personnel.
• Conduct monthly safety training meetings.
• Conduct performance evaluations for Transportation Department members.
• Ensure DOT files and medical cards are current for all CDL drivers.
• Ensure drivers are logged onto Roadnet each morning.
• Process payroll documents to ensure proper payment to employees.
