Job summary

Fourier Health, Inc. is seeking a Delivery & Success Lead to turn signed contracts into measurable value for health systems, academic medical centers, and specialty networks.

You will own key client relationships end to end, guiding implementation through go-live and sustaining adoption, renewal, and expansion with cross-functional teams. This hands-on, builder-minded role partners with Fourier's engineers, Clinical Solutions, Analytics, and Support to design scalable playbooks, run

Qualifications

• 6+ years in customer-facing roles supporting enterprise or B2B clients.
• Proven success owning large, complex accounts end to end.
• Strong project and program management across engineering, clinical, and client teams.
• Experience with healthcare data integrations (HL7v2, FHIR, CCDA, API feeds).

Responsibilities

• Own client relationships and outcomes from kickoff through renewal and expansion.
• Manage scope, timeline, risk, and go-live readiness across multiple implementations.
• Lead technical project plans across integration, data, configuration, validation, and training.
• Drive adoption and report ROI with analytics.
• Be the voice of the customer and translate needs for Product and Leadership.
• Design and improve playbooks, templates, and tooling.
