Job summary

BNY is offering a 2027 BNY Summer Internship Program – Delivery that focuses on turning strategy into action. You will map delivery journeys, support PI planning, and leverage AI-enabled tools to generate insights, while collaborating with product, engineering, and business teams to align work with OKRs.

Interns will gain hands-on experience in process mapping, governance, and continuous improvement, shaping standards and best practices for delivery at scale within a leading financial services

Qualifications

Interest in business process improvement and delivering results.
Ability to collaborate across teams and influence stakeholders.
Willingness to learn and apply data-driven approaches.

Responsibilities

Map delivery journeys and identify handoffs and dependencies.
Support PI planning and delivery planning, track milestones and risks.
Summarize delivery information and create actionable insights with AI tools.
Coordinate with product, engineering, and business teams to align priorities with OKRs.
Create clear updates on progress, risks, and outcomes for leadership.
Help shape playbooks and standards to improve delivery consistency.
