Job summary

BNY is offering a 10-week Summer Internship Program in Delivery to high‑potential students. You will map delivery journeys, support PI planning, and use AI-enabled tools to turn data into insights.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations, and business teams to connect priorities to OKRs and keep milestones visible. You will gain hands‑on experience, mentorship, and structured project work across platforms, with exposure to enterprise transformation standards and practices at

Qualifications

• Enrollment in a 4-year undergraduate degree program with a focus on business and/or technology preferred.
• Graduating in Dec 2027 or May 2028 (U.S.).
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 or better.
• Does not require sponsorship for employment visa status (now or in the future).

Responsibilities

• Bring delivery journeys to life by mapping processes and value streams and identifying handoffs and dependencies.
• Support PI and delivery planning and connect work to OKRs.
• Summarize delivery information and streamline routine reporting using AI tools.
• Manage intake, priorities, and dependencies across teams.
• Create updates and delivery-health insights for leaders.
