New Country Motor Car Group is seeking an experienced Automotive Sales Representative to guide guests through every stage of their vehicle purchase. As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you will deliver best-in-class service and leverage our state-of-the-art CRM system to ensure a smooth, enjoyable buying experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to read instructions.
• Valid state driver’s license and USA work authorization.
• Proficient with Internet, Outlook, Word, Excel and social media.
• Ability to meet a minimum sales quota and maintain integrity.

Responsibilities

• Provide best in customer service and sales to customers, and consistently achieve sales goals.
• Establish personal income goals aligned with dealership standards of productivity.
• Follow up on sales leads.
• Negotiate prices with customers.
• Work with sales managers to ensure that sales goals are met.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of auto inventory, features, condition and warranty status.
• Deliver vehicles to customers and explain operating features, warranty and paperwork.
• Create and maintain relationships with guests.
• Review actions to plan time effectively.
• Conduct walk-arounds with guests and demonstrate automobile features.
• Accompany guests on test drives.
• Introduce customers to service department personnel for maintenance options.
• Assist guests with leasing and financing.
