Job summary

Cencora in Montgomery County, PA, seeks a Project Coordinator, Delivery Solutions Manager to drive timely delivery of critical cybersecurity, compliance, and information security initiatives across a cross-functional team.

You will align contributors, manage dependencies, establish weekly planning, risk escalation, and improve delivery processes while safeguarding systems, operations, and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field – or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in support engineering, technical operations, production support, systems engineering, site reliability engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices, with hands-on experience writing and maintaining PowerShell scripts and YAML configuration files.
• Experience identifying and delivering solutions to delivery blockers and operational issues.
• Experience working in a large enterprise IT Operations environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead delivery of compliance, cybersecurity, and information security initiatives across multiple work streams.
• Assign work, review progress, manage performance, and support development of delivery team members.
• Oversee cross-team handoffs, escalation paths, and dependency management.
• Drive resource allocation, staffing coverage, and work prioritization within budget guardrails.
• Establish and maintain delivery routines including weekly planning, status tracking, and risk escalation.
• Resolve blockers leveraging data and cross-team coordination; escalate with options and recommendations.
• Shape delivery processes, onboarding, cross-training, and tooling to increase throughput and ensure privacy, security, and compliance controls.
