Job summary

Strategic Staffing Solutions is seeking a Senior Information Security Program Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of large, complex cybersecurity transformation initiatives. The role requires coordinating multiple workstreams, managing risks, and driving cross-functional collaboration across Architecture, Risk, Engineering, Operations, and business partners.

Qualifications

• Information Security experience in top financial services or large organizations.
• 15+ years in professional roles across banks, consulting, or software.
• 15+ years leading complex programs or projects valued at $1M+.
• Strong knowledge of IAM, PAM, threat detection, and security operations.
• Experience delivering Information Security programs/projects across multiple streams.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end delivery of large, complex InfoSec programs within scope, budget and schedule.
• Lead multi-team resources across onsite or virtual locations and time zones.
• Develop timelines, detailed plans and track progress and status.
• Coordinate interdependencies with Architecture, Risk, Engineering and business partners.
• Prepare program updates for stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Manage change control, financials, risks and issues across lifecycle.
• Support Production Management, development, testing and business analysis work.
