Job summary

Cencora is seeking a Project Coordinator, Delivery Solutions Manager to drive the delivery of critical compliance, cybersecurity, and information security priorities across a cross-functional team. You will act as the central delivery lead, align contributors, manage dependencies, and ensure timely execution while safeguarding systems and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5+ years in support engineering, technical operations, or related fields.
• 2+ years in coordination, delivery leadership, or people management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead delivery of compliance, cybersecurity, and information security initiatives across multiple work streams.
• Manage and align cross-functional contributors by assigning work and reviewing progress.
• Oversee handoffs, escalation paths, and dependency management to reduce disruptions.
• Drive resource allocation, staffing coverage, and work prioritization within budget guardrails.
• Establish and maintain delivery routines with planning, tracking, and risk escalation.
• Shape and improve delivery processes, onboarding, and tooling to enhance throughput and compliance.
