Qualifications

• Ability to contribute to technical debate and design choices.
• Experience resolving complex escalations with senior customer executives.

Responsibilities

• Engage with Solutions Architects to understand customer demand.
• Lead account strategy and execution plan post-technical win.
• Be the accountable technical leader for specific use cases.

Skills

Technical project/program delivery in Data and AI

Programming experience in Python, SQL or Scala

Customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture

Solution architecture for distributed data systems

Technical program or project management

Complex issue resolution with senior customer executives

Conducting open-ended discovery workshops

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
