Job summary
the company is seeking a Delivery Solutions Architect to drive adoption of the Data Intelligence Platform across strategic customers. You will be the post-sale technical lead, coordinating with sales, field engineering, and professional services to accelerate value realization and production readiness.
You will engage with executives, manage complex programs, and translate business outcomes into technical actions, traveling up to 30% as needed.
Qualifications
- 5+ years accountable for technical project/program delivery in Data and AI
- Experience in a customer-facing pre-sales/technical role
- Understanding of distributed data systems and how to tie business value to deliverables
- Ability to run discovery workshops, create strategic roadmaps, and manage complex programs
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales and field engineering to accelerate platform adoption
- Lead post-technical win strategy and execution across strategic accounts
- Be the accountable technical leader for specified use cases across multiple teams
- Engage with executives and stakeholders to communicate status, risks and opportunities
- Coordinate with Professional Services and product/engineering for production onboarding and adoption
