Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Delivery Solutions Architect for a hybrid technical and commercial role. You will collaborate with sales and field engineering to accelerate adoption of our Data Intelligence Platform, leading post-sale technical efforts and executive relationships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years accountable for technical project delivery in Data/AI
• Proficient in Python, SQL or Scala
• Experience in a customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture, customer success, or consulting role
• Understand distributed data systems and how to attribute business value to deliverables
• Strong program/project management with stakeholder and resource accountability

Responsibilities

• Lead post-technical win strategy and execution for major use cases
• Be the accountable technical leader across multiple teams in strategic accounts
• Own onboarding, enablement, success, go-live and healthy consumption
• Single point of contact for production/go-live issues related to use cases
• Coordinate with Shared Services, Education, Onboarding and PS to deliver engagement proposals
• Work with Product/Engineering for new product innovations and upgrade needs
• Develop end-to-end execution plans covering use cases, enablement, adoption and governance
• Provide KPI updates on usage and customer health to Technical GM
