Job summary

Bish’s RV Longview is seeking a Delivery Coordinator in Longview, TX. You will handle customer follow-up, data entry, and basic admin duties while supporting a positive delivery experience for customers taking home their new RV.

The role emphasizes strong communication, team collaboration, and the ability to manage social media activities, with a pay range of $18–$20 per hour and a requirement to work Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident phone communication with multi-line use.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Experience or ability in event coordination is a plus.
• Strong computer and data entry skills with Word/Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Data entry – translating technician notes into the Service database.
• File and photo organization, filing forms and uploading documents.
• Assisting with calculations of technician work time.
• Coordinate customer deliveries for new and used campers.
• Collaborate with Service, Parts, Sales, and store leadership.
• Manage the Social Media page for the department.
