Fun Town RV in Rockwall, TX, is seeking a Delivery Specialist to handle RV deliveries, customer orientations, and post-delivery support. You will inspect units, coordinate schedules, demonstrate features, and ensure customer satisfaction through thorough training and follow-up.

The role requires a high school diploma and 1–3 years in RV operations or customer service, with strong RV knowledge and excellent communication skills. Weekend hours and occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; extra training in Business/Management or RV operations is a plus.
• 1–3 years of experience in RV operations, customer service, or related field preferred; leadership or project management experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of RV systems, features, and safe towing procedures; ability to educate customers clearly.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized; able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-walk inspections of RVs to ensure quality.
• Coordinate delivery schedules with customers and ensure timely arrivals.
• Provide comprehensive customer orientations on RV features and operation.
• Demonstrate RV features and provide hands-on training to customers.
• Walk customers through accessories and store offerings.
• Complete delivery documentation accurately and promptly.
• Serve as post-delivery contact for ongoing support and issue resolution.
• Build positive relationships and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
• Promote positive reviews by thorough walkthroughs of units and overall buying process.
• Demonstrate proper hitching procedures and safety during delivery.
