Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; RV operations training is a plus.
• Minimum 1–3 years of RV operations or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of RV features, safety procedures, and towing guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Deliver RVs to customers and provide comprehensive orientations on vehicle features and operations.
• Conduct pre-walk inspections to ensure quality and address issues promptly.
• Coordinate delivery schedules with customers and ensure timely arrival.
• Explain RV systems, maintenance guidelines, and safety protocols during orientation.
• Demonstrate operation of RV features such as slide-outs, leveling, awnings, and appliances.
• Complete delivery paperwork accurately and in compliance with policies.
• Serve as post-delivery support contact and resolve customer questions or concerns.
• Promote positive reviews through thorough walkthroughs and exceptional service.
