Job summary

The Millennium Group (TMG) is seeking a motivated team player for a mailroom/delivery driver role in Atlanta. You will plan efficient routes, perform safety inspections, log records, and ensure timely mail distribution to internal and external clients.

Requirements include a valid driver’s license, a high school diploma or GED, and 6 months to 1 year in a mail room or courier experience with FedEx/UPS. Lifting up to 50 lbs and working on-site are expected.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• 6 months to 1 year experience in a mail room or experience at FedEx and/or UPS.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily paperwork.
• Plan efficient routes using GPS tools and adjust for traffic, road work, or weather delay.
• Communicate updates, delays, or route changes promptly to dispatchers or managers.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle safety inspections (tires, fluid levels, lights).
• Maintain clean vehicle interiors and report major repair needs.
• Log mileage, fuel costs, delivery receipts, and hours of service accurately.
• Obey all local, state, and national traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Work with and assist co-workers in achieving goals and completing assignments.
• Serve as liaison between TMG's mail and office services team and client departments.
• Interact respectfully with customers; improve client experience with efficient mail handling.
