AVI Foodsystems, Inc. in Rochester is seeking a friendly, hard-working Full-time Delivery Route Driver to work daytime hours (6am - 2pm), Monday through Friday.

The role covers loading and delivering food products to client locations, maintaining refrigeration, and ensuring on-time service in the Rochester area. Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and be 21 years or older.
• Must pass a DOT Physical.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

• Strong communication with customers and AVI team members.
• Ability to work independently and use time efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Load company vehicle with all needed products for service locations.
• Drive to client locations to transport products and food.
• Ensure refrigeration of all cold items during transport.
• Deliver products to vending attendants at client locations.
• Collect products and paperwork from vending attendants.
• Discard unsold and stale merchandise.
• Communicate positively with team members and customers.
• Care for the company vehicle and maintain cleanliness.

HEADQUARTERS SERVICE CENTER

Our Headquarters Service Center serves as the main support for all AVI operations throughout the United States. Departments include accounting, administration, finance, human resources, marketing, procurement, risk management, training and development, wellness and much more.

AVI Foodsystems is looking for a friendly and hard-working team member to immediately hire to fill the role of Full-time Delivery Route Driver. This position works daytime hours (6am - 2pm), Monday through Friday in the Rochester area.

This position pay 20.00/hr.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Ensure company vehicle is properly loaded with all product needed to service locations
• Drive vehicle to transport products and food to client locations
• Ensure the refrigeration of all cold food products in truck
• Deliver products and food to vending attendants at client locations
• Collect products and paperwork from vending attendants at client locations
• Discard unsold and stale merchandise
• Communicate positively with fellow team members and customers by making eye contact and smiling
• Manage the care of the company vehicle

Requirements:

• Must be 21 years of age or older to operate a company vehicle
• Valid driver’s license (a CDL is NOT required) and a good driving record
• Ability to pass the DOT Physical
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
