Job summary

Wis-Pak/WP Beverage is seeking a delivery driver to efficiently transport packaged goods to customers in the Memphis area. The role requires a valid Class A CDL (training available) and ability to read and communicate in English, with strong organizational and safety focus.

Expect a full-time schedule, competitive hourly pay, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). You will handle product loading, unloading, and ensure proper storage and rotation at each stop.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Class A CDL or ability to obtain within 30 days; training provided.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good oral and written English communication skills.
• Able to operate hand-held computing devices and basic math.
• Ability to lift/move 50 lbs+ and move 250–1000 lbs loads.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

About the Role

• Responsible for the effective and efficient delivery of packaged goods to designated large and small format customers.
• Will assist in the merchandising, rotation, and proper storage of delivered products.

What We're Looking For

• The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma with previous sales, customer service, and/or delivery experience
• Possess a valid Class A CDL or the ability to obtain one within 30 days of employment (we will train; you MUST have your permit before starting). Basic knowledge of State and Federal D.O.T. vehicle requirements, rules, and regulations
• Must have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Good oral and written communication skills with the ability to read, write, and comprehend the English language
• Strong organizational, time management and decision-making skills with the ability to work within a highly distracting environment
• Must possess intermediate math and personal computing skills with the ability to operate hand-held computing devices
• Must have the ability to operate 2-wheel handcarts as well as powered industrial equipment including a fork-truck in a safe manner and maintain annual fork-truck certification
• Ability to perform physical tasks which will include the lifting and moving of 50 lbs. or more and pulling/pushing product loads weighing from 250 lbs. to 1,000 lbs
• Physical mobility to make frequent trips in and out of vehicle, to and from customer accounts. The repetitive motion of one's neck, wrist, fingers, and/or arms. Prolonged sitting, twisting, kneeling, and bending
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis. The company will not sponsor employment visas now or in the future
• Applicants must be able to read, write, speak, and comprehend English at a level necessary to perform the essential duties of the position.
