Job summary

Amazon is hiring a Program Manager for the NA Grocery Delivery SSD-G team in Nashville, TN. You will own upstream operations integration, bridge station operations with fulfillment and last-mile delivery, and drive KPIs across the end-to-end delivery pipeline.

You will design and implement solutions to reduce upstream failures, monitor delivery quality, and ensure SLA compliance through cross-functional collaboration with tech and non-tech teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain metrics framework connecting upstream processes to SSD-G delivery outcomes.
• Serve as single-threaded POC for upstream operations partners and drive alignment across teams.
• Build reporting and dashboards providing visibility into upstream process health and risks.
