Job summary

Powerhouse in Boston, MA is seeking a Project Manager to oversee client relationships and multi-project execution from estimate development to project closeout. You will lead scheduling, budgeting, reports, and team coordination, ensuring timely, accurate communication and quality results while driving customer satisfaction and on-time delivery.

In this role you will supervise project staff, manage invoicing at completion, and collaborate with subcontractors to ensure safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Previous project management experience.
• Experience with large customer interface preferred.
• Construction environment experience preferred.
• Must pass an MVR, background, and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project management: from estimate development to project closeout.
• Set and meet customer deadlines per the Scope of Work with clear communication.
• Provide accurate resource estimates for supplies, manpower, and resources.
• Maintain budget projections within constraints and report on costs.
• Create progress, cost, and scheduling reports for management.
• Supervise Assistant Project Managers and Project Coordinators; ensure proper documentation.
