Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management within software development/IT services.
• Proven ability to manage multiple software projects with end-to-end delivery.
• Experience with Fixed Price and staff augmentation delivery models.
• Strong people management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple software projects simultaneously across Fixed Price and Staff Augmentation efforts.
• Own scope, schedule, resources, risks, quality and financial performance for projects.
• Manage budgets, track actuals vs. plan, and address financial risks.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure clear client and management communication.
• Provide regular status reporting to senior management and stakeholders.
