Qualifications

• 7+ years leading multi-team delivery in product, platform, or enterprise environments.
• Experience as Program Manager, Project Manager, or Delivery Lead.
• Demonstrated success with intake governance, dependency management, and RAID rigor.
• Experience navigating enterprise change, security, and compliance processes.
• Experience with platform rollouts, modernization initiatives, or technical migrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-team programs from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment to goals and quality.
• Translate business strategy into actionable plans, milestones, and deliverables.
• Orchestrate cross-team work, manage dependencies, risks, and integration points.
• Promote automation-first delivery practices to improve flow and predictability.
• Provide clear reporting using real-time delivery and operations data.
• Partner with product, engineering, platform, and shared services teams to ensure smooth delivery.
• Manage intake and prioritization to match team capacity.
• Support operational readiness including testing and environment preparation.
• Maintain compliance with enterprise change, security, and audit standards.
• Drive continuous improvement through metrics and feedback loops.
