Job summary

Everforth Apex in Austin, TX is seeking a Project Manager II to lead complex IT projects onsite. You will manage projects through established governance, drive enterprise integration with vendors, and deliver on time and budget while coordinating with end-users and stakeholders.

The role requires strong written/verbal communication, ability to manage multiple artifacts, and experience with SAP, SDLC, and AI-enabled project planning. PMP/CBAP certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience managing large and complex technical projects across all phases.
• Experience creating and maintaining project artifacts (Timeline, Risk Log, Communication Plan, Stakeholder Register).
• Experience with general IT SDLC processes and risk/issue management.
• Ability to gather requirements from business divisions and present executive communications.
• Experience implementing Enterprise Systems Integration including SAP.

Responsibilities

• Manage components of highly complex projects and programs using established governance.
• Collaborate with end-users, stakeholders, vendors, and internal IT teams to deliver on time and budget.
• Drive system integration delivery from 3rd party vendors to delivery acceptance and closure.
• Prepare and present executive-level project communications and status updates.
• Create and maintain key project artifacts and manage risks and issues.
• Escalate service delivery issues and coordinate with vendor program leaders.
• Apply AI-enabled capabilities to improve planning, scheduling, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
