Job summary

McKesson is seeking a dynamic driver associate for local routes from our California distribution center in Chino. You'll be home daily and start early with a fast-paced, professional environment. You’ll earn $23.84/hour plus incentive pay (up to 10%) and a 6% stretch opportunity, with overtime as needed.

Requires a valid US driver’s license, ability to lift 50 pounds, and DOT compliance. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical/dental/vision, 401k, and educational assistance,

Responsibilities

• Local routes – home daily; build client relationships face-to-face.
• Ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment for life-changing products.
• Participate in wellbeing programs and take advantage of gym and premium savings.
• On-the-job training to certify power industrial equipment and automation.

Our Distribution Center is looking for dynamic and motivated driver associates to join our team. This is a fantastic chance to work for a company that has the rare mix of a fun yet high-paced and professional work environment.

We currently have the following position available:

• Monday - Friday, start time between 4am and 5am.

• $23.84/hour

Maximize your earning potential at McKesson with rewarding incentive programs. We offer the ability to earn up to 10% more incentive pay for achieving your goals with additional stretch opportunities for an extra 6%. Incentive is paid out every 4 weeks.

• Keep Your Edge - Stay on top of your game during your shift by moving efficiently to ensure that life-changing products are shipped quickly and accurately through effective order fulfillment management.

What You’ll Need

• Required to have a current valid US Driver’s License
• Ability to maintain a safe driving history
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Demonstrated excellent verbal skills
• Problem resolution skills
• Ability to lift 50 pounds unassisted
• Frequently required to sit for 3 or more hours
• Frequently required to stand for 3 or more hours
• Must successfully complete and be able to maintain requirements of physical set by DOT

We do our best to share schedules two weeks in advance to help our associates plan. Hours worked beyond scheduled time will receive overtime pay.
