Job summary

McKesson is seeking dynamic driver associates for our Distribution Center in Kansas City. Monday to Friday, 7 AM until completion, with incentives that can boost pay by up to 10% and an extra 6% stretch opportunity.

You will handle local routes, prioritize safety, and participate in on-the-job training to certificate driving power industrial equipment and automated processes. McKesson provides comprehensive health benefits and a structured wellbeing program.

Our Distribution Center is looking for dynamic and motivated driver associates to join our team.

This is a fantastic chance to work for a company that has the rare mix of a fun yet high-paced and professional work environment. We currently have the following position available:

Monday to Friday, 7 AM until completion. $20.44/hr Maximize your earning potential at McKesson with rewarding incentive programs. We offer the ability to earn up to 10% more in incentive pay for achieving your goals with additional stretch opportunities for an extra 6%. Incentive is paid out every 4 weeks.

• Local Routes - Local routes, home daily - we value your weekends! Be outside building client relationships face-to-face, not sitting behind a desk!
• Keep Your Edge - Stay on top of your game during your shift by moving efficiently to ensure that life-changing products are shipped quickly and accurately through effective order fulfillment management.
• Wellbeing Program: employees can earn rewards through engaging wellbeing activities, save on medical premiums, and receive perks such as gym membership rebates.
• Always Learning - We offer on the job training to certify you in driving our power industrial equipment, specialized processes and certify you to operate our advanced automation.

In addition to salary, other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities, may be offered.

In situations of high demand, there could be instances when our team needs to work beyond their scheduled times so our customers and their patients can get the healthcare products they need.

We do our best to share schedules two weeks in advance to help our associates plan.

Hours worked beyond scheduled time will receive overtime pay.
