Job summary

McKesson Distribution Center is hiring driver associates to join our team. You will run local routes, stay efficient to ship life‑changing products quickly and accurately, and interact face‑to‑face with clients. Training to certify you on equipment and processes is provided.

We emphasize wellbeing, offer incentive pay up to 10% in addition to base pay, and provide comprehensive benefits and a structured schedule with fixed early start times.

Qualifications

• Current valid US driver’s license.
• Ability to maintain a safe driving history.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated excellent verbal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.

• Frequent sitting/standing requirements.
• Must meet DOT medical requirements.
• 1–2 years of driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Local Routes – local routes with home daily; face‑to‑face client interactions.
• Maintain efficiency to ensure fast, accurate order fulfillment and product shipping.

• On‑the‑job training to certify driving power equipment and automation.

Our Distribution Center is looking for dynamic and motivated driver associates to join our team. This is a fantastic chance to work for a company that has the rare mix of a fun yet high‑paced and professional work environment.

We currently have the following position available: Monday - Friday, start time between 4am and 5am. $23.84/hour Maximize your earning potential at McKesson with rewarding incentive programs. We offer the ability to earn up to 10% more in incentive pay for achieving your goals with additional stretch opportunities for an extra 6%. Incentive is paid out every 4 weeks.

What You’ll Do

• Local Routes - Local routes, home daily - we value your weekends! Be outside building client relationships face‑to‑face, not sitting behind a desk!
• Keep Your Edge - Stay on top of your game during your shift by moving efficiently to ensure that life‑changing products are shipped quickly and accurately through effective order fulfillment management.
• Wellbeing Program: employees can earn rewards through engaging wellbeing activities, save on medical premiums, and receive perks such as gym membership rebates.
• Always Learning- We offer on the job training to certify you in driving our power industrial equipment, specialized processes and certify you to operate our advanced automation.

What You’ll Need

• Required to have a current valid US Driver’s License
• Ability to maintain a safe driving history
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Demonstrated excellent verbal skills
• Problem resolution skills
• Ability to lift 50 pounds unassisted
• Frequently required to sit for 3 or more hours
• Frequently required to stand for 3 or more hours
• Must successfully complete and be able to maintain requirements of physical set by DOT
• 1-2 years of experience
