Job summary

McKesson is seeking driver associates for our Distribution Center in the Los Angeles area. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM. Pay: $21.22/hour with incentives up to 10% and an extra 6% for stretch opportunities, paid every four weeks.

Local routes with daily home time; develop client relationships on the road and ensure accurate, timely fulfillment. On-the-job training will certify you to operate power industrial equipment and advanced automation.

Qualifications

• Current valid US Driver’s License.
• Safe driving history.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Problem resolution skills and excellent verbal skills.
• Able to lift 50 pounds unassisted.
• Frequently sit for 3+ hours.
• Frequently stand for 3+ hours.
• 0-1 year of experience.

Responsibilities

Our Distribution Center is looking for dynamic and motivated driver associates to join our team. This is a fantastic chance to work for a company that has the rare mix of a fun yet high-paced and professional work environment.

We currently have the following position available:

• Monday - Friday 6AM - 2:30PM
• $21.22/hr

Maximize your earning potential at McKesson with rewarding incentive programs. We offer the ability to earn up to 10% more in incentive pay for achieving your goals with additional stretch opportunities for an extra 6%. Incentive is paid out every 4 weeks.

• Keep Your Edge - Stay on top of your game during your shift by moving efficiently to ensure that life-changing products are shipped quickly and accurately through effective order fulfillment management.

In situations of high demand, there could be instances when our team needs to work beyond their scheduled times so our customers and their patients can get the healthcare products they need. We do our best to share schedules two weeks in advance to help our associates plan. Hours worked beyond scheduled time will receive overtime pay.
