Job summary

McKesson Distribution Center in California is seeking driver associates to join our team on a Monday–Friday shift from 5am until completion. The role offers $22.07/hour with potential to earn up to 10% incentive pay and an additional 6% stretch opportunities, paid every 4 weeks.

You will handle local routes, focus on efficient order fulfillment, and participate in wellbeing and training programs to operate advanced equipment.

Qualifications

• Current valid US Driver's License required.
• Demonstrated verbal skills.

• Safe driving history required.

Our Distribution Center is looking for dynamic and motivated driver associates to join our team. This is a fantastic chance to work for a company that has the rare mix of a fun yet high-paced and professional work environment.

We currently have the following position available:

• Monday to Friday, 5am until completion.

• $22.07/hour

Maximize your earning potential at McKesson with rewarding incentive programs. We offer the ability to earn up to 10% more in incentive pay for achieving your goals with additional stretch opportunities for an extra 6%. Incentive is paid out every 4 weeks.

• Local Routes - Local routes, home daily - we value our weekends! Be outside building client relationships face-to-face, not sitting behind a desk!
• Keep Your Edge - Stay on top of your game during your shift by moving efficiently to ensure that life-changing products are shipped quickly and accurately through effective order fulfillment management.

What You’ll Need

• Required to have a current valid US Driver's License
• Ability to maintain a safe driving history
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Demonstrated excellent verbal skills
• Problem resolution skills
• Ability to lift 50 pounds unassisted
• Frequently required to sit for 3 or more hours
• Frequently required to stand for 3 or more hours

We do our best to share schedules two weeks in advance to help our associates plan. Hours worked beyond scheduled time will receive overtime pay.
