Qualifications

• Must hold a valid US Driver's License Class D.
• Ability to maintain a safe driving history and pass DOT physicals.
• Must be 21 years of age or older and able to lift 50 pounds.
• Good verbal communication and problem-solving abilities are preferred.
• Experience in logistics or healthcare delivery is a plus.

Our Tolleson, AZ Distribution Center is seeking dynamic and motivated driver professionals to join our growing team. This role offers the perfect balance of independence, client interaction, and meaningful work delivering essential healthcare products. Position Details

• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 5:00am until route completion (home daily with weekends off!)
• Base Pay: $21.33/hr - $22.31/hr
• Earning Potential: Earn up to 10% additional incentive pay for meeting goals, with stretch opportunities for an extra 6% (paid every 4 weeks)
• Location: Tolleson, AZ area with local routes

What You'll Need

• REQUIRED:
  • Current valid US Driver's License Class D
  • Ability to maintain a safe driving history
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Physical capability to lift 50 pounds unassisted
  • Ability to alternate between sitting and standing for extended periods (3+ hours each)
  • Must meet and maintain DOT physical requirements

• PREFERRED:
  • 1-2 years of professional driving experience
  • Strong verbal communication skills for client interaction
  • Problem-solving abilities and adaptability
  • Experience in logistics, delivery, or healthcare industries

We do our best to share schedules two weeks in advance to help our associates plan. Hours worked beyond scheduled time will receive overtime pay.
