Job summary

McKesson is seeking driver associates for our Distribution Center in California. This full-time role offers local routes, home daily, and weekend freedom while you build client relationships on the road.

You will operate power industrial equipment, complete on-the-job training, and earn an hourly wage of $23.84 with incentive programs that can add up to 10%+6% more. Physical requirements apply and DOT compliance is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Current valid US Driver's License is required.
• Ability to maintain a safe driving history.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated excellent verbal skills and problem resolution abilities.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted and sit/stand for extended periods.
• Must meet DOT physical requirements.
• 1–2 years of driving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Local Routes - local routes, home daily, weekends valued.
• Build client relationships on the road and avoid desk work.
• Move efficiently to ensure fast, accurate order fulfillment.
• Participate in wellbeing activities; eligible for gym rebates and premiums.
• On the job training to certify driving power equipment and processes.

Our Distribution Center is looking for dynamic and motivated driver associates to join our team. This is a fantastic chance to work for a company that has the rare mix of a fun yet high-paced and professional work environment.

We currently have the following position available:

• Monday - Friday, start time between 4am and 5am.

• $23.84/hour

Maximize your earning potential at McKesson with rewarding incentive programs. We offer the ability to earn up to 10% more in incentive pay for achieving your goals with additional stretch opportunities for an extra 6%. Incentive is paid out every 4 weeks.

Local Routes - Local routes, home daily - we value your weekends! Be outside building client relationships face-to-face, not sitting behind a desk!

Keep Your Edge - Stay on top of your game during your shift by moving efficiently to ensure that life-changing products are shipped quickly and accurately through effective order fulfillment management.

Always Learning- We offer on the job training to certify you in driving our power industrial equipment, specialized processes and certify you to operate our advanced automation.

What You'll Need

• Required to have a current valid US Driver's License

• Ability to maintain a safe driving history

• Must be 21 years of age or older

• Frequently required to sit for 3 or more hours

• Frequently required to stand for 3 or more hours

We do our best to share schedules two weeks in advance to help our associates plan. Hours worked beyond scheduled time will receive overtime pay.
