Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Commercial Specialist to support CPP-led sales and coordinate deliveries from order to dispatch. You will manage vehicle maintenance, lead stocking in the parts department, and perform account touchpoints, while upselling to boost transaction value.

The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work weekends as needed. Responsibilities include serving walk-in customers, assisting CPPs and GMs on projects, and maintaining knowledge of inventory

Responsibilities

• Support CPP-led commercial sales and assist with dispatching deliveries.
• Manage store vehicle fleet maintenance and safety checks.
• Conduct account stocking visits and distribute Pro Sales flyers.
• Lead the Parts department organization and backroom maintenance.
• Upsell and cross-sell to increase average transaction value.
• Engage with walk-in customers to assess needs and propose parts.
