Job summary

Taco Bell in California is seeking an Associate Manager, Delivery Strategy & Planning to shape and execute the delivery strategy. You will drive cross-functional collaboration, integrate delivery into broader business planning and brand initiatives, and translate insights into actionable plans that drive growth.

You will oversee one direct report, balance strategic planning with hands-on execution, and report to the Senior Manager, Delivery Strategy & Planning. Hybrid work with onsite days.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• Minimum 4 years of digital marketing experience.
• Strong collaboration in a matrixed organization.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to interpret research results for multiple audiences.
• Proven project management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of the macro delivery strategy, including customer segmentation, playbooks, promotions, and seasonality planning.
• Lead delivery growth initiatives (catering, Late Night, Gen Alpha, etc.).
• Orchestrate delivery strategy across the organization with cross-functional alignment.
• Own and manage the centralized delivery calendar and sequencing of initiatives.
• Integrate delivery into broader experience planning to drive growth.
• Collaborate with Brand and Pillar leads for major calendar moments.
• Leverage consumer insights to inform strategy and performance.
• Identify market opportunities via analyses and benchmarking.
• Manage one direct report and provide guidance and development.
