Job summary

Taco Bell is seeking a Manager of Delivery Partnerships to own third-party delivery relationships with DoorDash and Grubhub. You will shape joint business plans, optimize channel performance, and drive growth through collaborative initiatives across Marketing, Media, Operations, and Tech.

You will lead a small team, ensure alignment with broader business priorities, and report to the Senior Manager, Delivery Strategy & Planning. This hybrid role combines strategy with hands-on execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
• 8+ years of marketing, partnerships or digital commerce experience.
• Experience with delivery partners such as DoorDash, Grubhub, Uber Eats.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills to leverage data, identify opportunities and measure success.
• Excellent communication and project management in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery strategy for DoorDash & Grubhub and overall channel performance.
• Be primary day-to-day contact for aggregator partners and manage communications.
• Manage co-marketing budgets to drive ROI.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop campaigns and assets.
• Lead joint business planning and quarterly reviews with partners.
• Negotiate terms and partnerships, and optimize delivery experience.
• Align partner initiatives with internal priorities and calendars.
