Job summary

Magnit is seeking a Delivery Professional to manage the day-to-day delivery of Magnit's products and services for clients across the US, supporting PST/MST hours with a focus on meeting contractual deliverables and maintaining high service quality.

You will collaborate with hiring managers, staffing vendors, and internal teams to qualify requisitions, streamline processes, and resolve issues promptly, leveraging VMS platforms like Magnit VMS, VNDLY, Fieldglass and Beeline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• 3+ years of MSP client services, account management in staffing, or full cycle recruitment.
• Experience with VMS platforms (Magnit VMS, VNDLY, Fieldglass, Beeline) preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills and excellent communication with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Deliver day-to-day Magnit products/services with quality client service.
• Meet contractual deliverables as outlined in the Scope of Work.
• Manage possibly single or multiple product lines across payroll, compliance or staffing desks.
• Maintain SOPs for efficient day-to-day procedures.
• Facilitate fulfillment of temporary requisitions via VMS systems and coordinate suppliers.
