Magnit is seeking an on-site Delivery Partner in Houston to efficiently deliver Magnit’s services to our clients. The role collaborates with vendors, client hiring managers, and cross-functional teams using Magnit VMS to ensure smooth service delivery.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in MSP/client services, strong communication, and proven stakeholder management. This position supports payroll and staffing desks, and requires staying aligned with contractual scopes of work.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in MSP client services or staffing account management.
• Experience with VMS platforms preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Magnit's services on-site and ensure quality client service.
• Maintain day-to-day site operations and meet contractual deliverables.
• Coordinate with vendors and hiring managers across desks.
• Update SOPs to improve efficiency.
• Support payroll, staffing, or compliance functions as assigned.
